jump rope

I am reading a book named Jump Rope. Jump Rope is filled with a lot of information on the art of jump rope, and double dutch. The book is also filled with many well known rhymes that are sung all over the country like teddy bear teddy bear. I was a suprised at the fact that there are many different versions of the same song around the world. Jumping rope is also a great way to stay healthy. Jumping rope can help your lungs, the blood vessels, the muscles, and the heart. Jumping rope is not only fun but great for your body too!  You can also learn how to do fancy footwork like the double heel hop. Both young and old can jump rope.
